Project Shedule
The project manager of a luxury tower project in the Tel Aviv area called me. There was no need to build the schedule - just to examine it by HCP-Go, using the HCP method.
The project schedule contained 1,100 tasks and was planned to be completed in 600 workdays.It could be printed on 40 A4 pages.
